Return & Refund Policy

These policies cover items bought from our online store and all goods must be returned unworn, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Earrings can only be exchanged or refunded in the tamper-proof packaging.

Hetty’s Floral Designs allows Customers the maximum term of 30 consecutive days to return any purchased products. Purchases must be returned by mail to our office via courier, to:

Lucan, Co Dublin.

In this case, the shipping costs of the return package will be charged to the Customer. Customers will be reimbursed only the price of products returned within 30 days from the day Hetty’s Floral Designs receives the item, or receipt of proof of return shipment. Hetty’s Floral Designs are not responsible for any items lost in transit while being returned to us. To ensure your items are covered for any loss or damage and that their journey back is recorded, we advise that all items are returned by registered post

Exchange conditions

The products must be returned in the original packaging and in the same conditions in which they were originally sent: not stained or altered. They must also be returned with all the tags and any original accessories, including the authenticity label which must not be cut or broken. Damaged returns will not be accepted and may be returned to Customers at their expense. Once the product satisfies return conditions we will refund you full amount minus shipping cost within 30 days

Defective Products

Products received already damaged or showing flaws are considered defective. Hetty’s Floral Designs reserves the right to refuse unauthorized defective returns. In case of acceptance of a defective return, only after receipt of the Customer’s e-mail with attached photos showing the defect in the product, Hetty’s Floral Designs will authorize the return by confirmation e-mail and refund the purchase price of the product, shipping costs and customs duties, where applicable.
